  So disappointed. Bought a bracelet for my sister to have engraved. When I bought the bracelet, the cashier directed me to the back where another employee was doing an engravement for another customer. (Hers didn't go well and there were no more of the item she was having engraved so she walked away empty handed and upset.) I waited in line while the employee dealt with the customer and then left to go give her a refund. He came walking by again and asked if I needed help and I told him I would like an engravement on my bracelet. He then sent me to another employee at the front of the store who said she didn't know how to engrave bracelets so she sent me back to the previous man. He engraved the bracelet after saying his hands were too big for the machine. The engravement "SISTERS" is crooked and on the very bottom of the plaque cutting off letters. I left the store with it and after much hesitation came back. I asked if there was anyway it could be in the middle like it shows on the website. He said no. I asked if I could return it and re purchase a new one to have engraved some place else. He said no. So disappointed with the all around experience :(
