  We bought our first home using one of the Harding Realty team members (Margaret!) - she came recommended and we can see why. VERY thorough and helped educate us on the finer points of home buying. In the end she construed our offers and helped us close on a home at a great price. If Margaret is any indication of what her team is like, then I would never consider anyone else. I'd give 6 stars if possible. :P

  After a few years I introduced myself to Donna. I was really impressed with her teams work. Often we complete Desktop and or Driveby Appraisal Assignments. We do not need to contact the realtor/s or the property owner/s for these assignment types. If there is a problem with the pricing we often contact the Realtor/s to identify what their train of thought of and the data that they had used.
