    Jack provides a wonderful bike repair service at an extremely reasonable price. Very conscientious and friendly, very fast-turn around on repairs, responds to email quickly. I have gone to him several times, he always explains what was wrong and what he did to fix it, gives various options for repair at different prices. I am very grateful to have such a great bike shop in our neighbourhood.

    Roundabout Bicycles is my go-to. When my old CCM needs tlc and attention to detail, I can count on Jack for a job well done @ reasonable prices. Best little bike shop in town.

    Jack responded to my message within the hour! He offered to repair my bike right away, on a SUNDAY - while none of the other shops were open! He was knowledgeable, worked on the bike with great care and explained to me what the issue was, got the job done, and then UNDERCHARGED me - for which I am still embarrassed. I would recommend Jack to my friends, and would absolutely go back myself! GREAT experience!
