  Although I never had to use one of their services directly, whenever we have questions about where to go for something or help finding a location, they always gave us good advice.

  They really help people and are always available when immigrants need advise, when looking for a job, languaje issues, they help us to get the hang of living in Canada and give us the oportunity of volunteering. As an immigrant I found in ISANS a place where I could go and feel comfortable speaking, they really make a big effort to understand us, they listen to us and they know that maybe we have another way to explain things in English but they are so respectful and have a lot of patience. I really appreciate all what ISANS do for us to make us feel like this is our home. Thank you.

  The services I received were unprofessional. English classes are only good enough to make you ready for shopping alone, not good for university purpose. Job search consulting is very poor too. But, if you are rich enough and have no plan, it can be a good place to learn about Canada.
