  It has been extremely cold and I woke up yesterday morning to no heat. I had contacted my furnace company only to find out that my pipes were frozen. It was later in the afternoon when I found this out but when I contacted Trevor, he responded right away. He was very busy and knew it was important so advised he could come by later. After already putting in a long day of work (many heat problems!), he arrived around 8:00 and found that the pipes were solid from freeze so it was not an easy fix. I could see how tired he was and he kept at it until my heat came back on. It is clear he has a strong work ethic and is a true professional. I cannot thank him enough for yesterday, including identifying a future resolution to my ongoing yearly problem. He was the first to identify why the pipes freeze in my house every year. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional plumber.

  The copper coil in my furnace for domestic hot water was beginning to leak over the holidays and was in need of repair. Trevor made time in his busy schedule over the holidays to come in and isolate and remove the damaged piping, install a new hot water tank and coordinate an electrician to install a new breaker all in one afternoon. Cannot recommend him enough, will use again in the future when the needs arises.

  If you're like I was scouring the internet for a good plumber your search is over! I'm so glad I called Trevor. My plumbing issue was multifaceted and he worked professionally and efficiently step by step and explained everything to me. He really knows what he's doing and provided me with great advice. Not only is he a great plumber, he's just a great guy...honest, professional, efficient, courteous. I'm so glad and relieved to have him in my contacts list.   Desperation had set in and we reached out to others for recommendations. One wise person highly recommended Trevor. We immediately contacted him to setup a time, that he could drop by and help us out. Wow, he listened intently to our story, checked out our system and within less than 15 minutes knew what was wrong and had a plan.

  Trevor's been in business 30+ years and it shows. I had a plumbing problem that 2 previous plumbers couldn't fix and Trevor was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem within an hour. That's why experience and perseverance matter. Trevor has those qualities in spades. I have no concerns giving him my highest recommendation!

  Our story started over a month ago. During that time we had not one or two, but several experienced plumbers in to find out why the heating system wasn’t working properly. They put on new circulators, mixing valves, etc. but to no avail. Not one of them could fix the problem.
