    Got my fiancées engagement ring made here. Customized the ring and built it around a family heirloom stone. Ring turned out amazing however I ordered the wrong size. They resized it and made adjustments. They have been so pleasant and easy to deal with. Both people we have dealt with have been friendly and professional.

    Very pleased. Got my rings resized here and they look just like new.

    Best place in the city to get your repairs done. I got quotes and turnaround time from many other places in the city. Trinity gave the most competitive price. The staff was great to deal with. They know what they are doing. Their jeweller is there to consult with and I got my item back within 2 days. Most places told me they send their repairs away and would take 3-4 weeks. Totally recommend this place!

    We did get an appraisal there too. They don't do it in house, but contract someone to come in and perform the appraisal. Great spot. We will be using them in the future.

    Were not open when I arrived at 2:15pm today (Saturday) even though the sign posted on their window indicated they should be.
