  The job does require a lot of theoretical knowledge and patience but no previous insurance experience is needed. All necessary training is provided. The subject matter may be challenging but there is a solid support network to ensure you are continually progressing and comfortable in the role. As long as you demonstrate you are keen to learn and give your best effort, you will be recognized in that regard.

  Admiral places a large emphasis on work/life balance which is seldomly seen in the contact centre world, or most other industries, for that matter. Six weeks of paid time off speaks for itself and is extremely beneficial if your focused on leading a productive and balanced life outside of working hours. The latest shift ends at 6:15pm so night work is not a concern. The office is strategically located on major bus routes so it is very accessible for transit users and the free parking is also a huge time and cost saver.

  Worked there for 4 years, was yelled at on a regular basis, treated like a child and since I wasn't part of the clik, was made to feel like a outcast all the time. I heard since I left back in 2014, its gotten even worse.
