  The BEST Sephora I've ever been to is in the Halifax Shopping Centre. The staff are not trying to help you just for the sake of a sale, they TRULY want to help you to achieve your dream look. Every time I visit, the staff members are very kind and listen to all of your questions and concerns sincerely. What I love about this store is that you can visit on a bad day and the staff make you feel 110% better. They touch up your makeup, do your brows and chat with you. Everyone here puts their best foot forward to provide the highest quality customer service care. Thank you, Sephora HFX for being like a second family to me every time I visit.

  The staff are always so helpful whenever I visit. The return policy makes shopping here less stressful. I absolutely love the Brow bar. If you need some brow love, definitely go see Candace.

  Store is disorganized, merchandise displays are out of order. Standing in line to cashier on a Saturday night for 15 minutes with only one associate on cash while others are walking around not doing much. The line up is as long as at Christmas time and nobody seems to be concerned.

  I purchased items from Sephora Halifax shopping centre. I came home and when I opened my bag, there was an item missing in my bag. I called right away that night, the manager told me to wait until they have to check the camera. I gave my receipt information to her, I felt they are one who made a mistake but there was no apology from them. The worst part is they think I was trying to scam them and are treating my like a criminal. The attitude of the manager was also rude and not helpful at all.

  I watched a young woman putting on eye liner, lip liner and a gloss from the display. I spoke to the clerk about it being unhygienic. She stated they clean the tips afterwards. They don't know bec they don't watch. But she saw her when I pointed it out and didn't speak to her. When did making up your whole face with display items become ok
