    Small location in an awkward place under an escalator. More geared toward circuit training than free weights or machines.

    It should be noted that this certainly isn't a free-weights/body-builder type of gym, many (by not all) of the clientele are older individuals.

    Great small gym, totally focused on personal needs. Trainers work with you one-on-one, and it's all included in your membership fee -- no added charges.
