    This place is horrible. They filed my income tax late both years, forgot to send paperwork to have my gst sent back to me. And now that I'm discharged and it's been months I still haven't seen this latest gst become of how late they sent my income tax in. Did I mention I'm a single mother of three kids, two of which have permanent disabilities. Needless to say my hard earn money could have been used elsewhere.

    Phone calls not returned. Emails not answered. Important to be in touch with counsellor but impossible. Has left me in a very difficult situation. I feel I made a mistake going with them.
