    Even one star is too much for bell. worst piece of crap company ever! And to top it off, after cancelling their crap service, they somehow find all these additional charges and late payments, which I can see on my bank statement were paid. If anyone else has been double billed by bell, let's band together and get this horrible company shut down, and all the innocent people paid back!

    Three encounters with this site over the last several months and each time absolutely dismal customer service. Stuck because we have all of our stuff with Bell Aliant. Rude and "too bad" attitude. Not at all helpful.

    I want an apology from zach him self or I am switch to a new phone company. That is no way to treat a customer. At my job we go through a very long training period where we learn about customer service skills made by Kevin graff one of the best sales men and customer service people in all of North America. Zach needs to be trained better and learn to build rapport with his clients instead of insulting them and making them want to switch to a new provider.

    Very disorganized and disrespectful toward customers. I watched as "Megan" told a waiting client to stop talking. She was very rude and arrogant toward him for no reason. We informed her we were leaving due to her rude behavior. She replied with an indignant and curt response. I highly recommend boycotting this location.

    My dad pays for my cell phone plan right now and I went over my data a few times and this is how your employee treated me. I want an apology from him for being extremely rude and and swearing at me.

    Normally I don't write bad reviews as i don't have much time but Bell has pissed me off much I can't stop myself sharing my experience. I signed up for services at bell Halifax shopping centre location they offered me a promotion that I will get 200$ Visa card after 3 month + discounted rate on services for three month but when i received my first bill I was charged at regular rate and when I called up customer service they wouldn't help you and say you will get either of it not after a month of dealing with customer service I gave up and agreed with 200$ Visa card but it's been over 6 months now I haven't received the card either, I again wasted my time talking to customer service and after a month they provided me a tracking number and told me it was already sent and I need to work with Canada post to track it but Canada post tell me sender needs to work them to claim this lost package and guess what neither agent who signed me up for services nor customer services would help so now I have given up on 200$ Visa card as well . If bell offer you promotion don't trust this company ; and they have the worst customer service in the world as if they are doing you a favour talking to you.
