  My MacBook Pro was diagnosed with "water damage" after trying to get a microphone replacement. (Might I add that after I got it back 2 screws were missing and 3 weren't in correctly)

  This is a great location.I always had great experience with them .It’s a busy place most of the time .you can expect some wait there.Staff are very friendly and informative.They fixed my phone problems within minutes .i would suggest you to book an appointment otherwise you have to wait .Customer satisfaction guaranteed .

  Very poor customer service. I go in with issues related to my phone acting up when receiving calls. The "Genius" basically shrugged it off and pinned it on anything he can other than actually trying to help. I usually do not write review but I am fed up of having to go to that particular store and treat with unhelpful staff.

  Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. According to the head "genius" that day named "Smitty" my issue was not his problem. He basically stood there taunting me saying "this isn't my problem" and "That doesn't matter to me". What a jerk!

  So I called Apple Care and asked them if I could still get the screen changed for free under this program. They said definitely, so I made a point to go to Halifax (1 hour away from where I live) Just so I could fix my computer. I get there and I am turned away within 5 minutes of my arrival. They wouldn't do the work regardless of what Apple Canada said (Unless I pay an outrageous $1,099, might I add I'm only 16 so this really isn't ideal at all.) Really frustrating considering I spent $2,000 (Roughly) on getting this computer with the extended warranties at the age of 14 and they won't work on it unless I pay a amount which is higher than the value of my computer.

  Went to the genius bar to get a hardware issue fixed, took about two hours to get it done. Got my phone back with the issue resolved but a huge scratch across my phone screen right down the middle. When I asked about it, the woman rudely said that I would have to pay to get it fixed. Not impressed.
