  The young lady working here had a TERRIBLE attitude. I'm sure that we could have found something at this store, however the way that she treated us made it very difficult for us to want to spend our money here. She was clearly not happy to be at work and was not very helpful at all. Awful customer service.

  I went into this store not knowing anything about suits. The guy that helped me was incredible. He approached me to ask if i needed help and helped me pick the perfect size and gave great advice.Great experience, I would highly recommend it.

  I recently spent $400.00 on a suit and sent it away to be tailored. I was told that it would be ready the following Friday for pickup. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I never received a call on the Friday the Tip Top representative specified or over the weekend. I didn't need the suit immediately (thank god) so I didn't bother calling Tip Top until the following Wednesday. When I called (in a polite manner), the woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional. I understand that people have bad days, but her attitude was uncalled for. I specified that I bought a suit and sent it away for tailoring. She couldn't find my name on their database and told me she would call me back. Ten minutes later, she called me back and BLAMED ME for the issue she was having stating "you said that you rented a tuxedo"... I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't mix up the word suit with tuxedo. The woman ended up finding my suit and when she told me it was there she hung up without saying goodbye or anything. Overall, I'm glad the woman found my suit, but her attitude and professionalism was horrible. I would also like to know why I didn't receive a phone call telling me my suit was ready...
