  Went in and found a dress I LOVED. The size 8 was a little tight so I asked the fitting room associate if it came in a size bigger and she said, the hese words exactly, "Girls who wear that size typically stay away from dreisses in this style. Did you want to try on this instead?" then gestured to what was literally a fabric bag which would hide my body like a potato sack. Ended up leaving and not buying anything even though I loved a lot of the product because the sales associate made me feel so horrible about myself. I get it: That dress didn't come above a size 8, but that's all she had to say. Instead I was basically told I was too fat to wear this dress I absolutely loved. I'm not going back and everybody I've told this story to has decided they'll skip out on H&M from now on. I can't tell if it was just a particular associate who felt this way or if that was something that the company upholds. Regardless, this location has lost at least one customer.

  I went there with my daughters today. The staff were friendly enough and the store was tidy looking but the cashier rolled up my clothing purchase into a messy little ball and bagged it. A few lessons on how to fold might go a long way.

  Really nice looking stuff at decent prices. Had some really good sales when I was there. The store is a lot bigger than I thought it would be.

  I love H&M! I was super excited for the Halifax location to open! Great staff and so much selection. Not gonna lie, my whole wardrobe is from there!

  I bought couple shirts and dresses here on the Aug 8. yesterday I came to shopping again, they are holding the promotion: teachers and students' discount with 15% off. I asked one of the staff if I am able to do the price adjustment, she said yes as long as within 7days. Then I came today again, they refused me at the counter not even politely and told me She has to serve the next customer in line.
