  Went there to purchase a bag for my mother for Christmas. The girl who helped me was really polite and knowledgeable on the products they had, cassandra I believe her name was. Great place.

  I have never in my life had such a negative experience at a retail store. This review is nothing against the products produced by Coach, but the quality of the service provided by this store. I purchased a bifold wallet as a Christmas gift, and 4 days later visited the store to see there was a 30% discount on the same wallet. With my original receipt, I asked for a price adjustment, but was told no by the manager as I did not have the original product. I was a little shocked considering this is not a normal policy upheld by most stores, but I returned the following day with the original product and receipt, but was again told no because I did not have the original tag. The manager had argued with me for 20 minutes, saying that she could not "bend the rules or policy", and required me to bring back the original tag, when I was not trying to refund or return the product, I just simply wanted a price adjustment for the product I had already purchased. She demanded I prove that the product was "unused", and asked me to provide the model number of the product - and several other unreasonable demands of the consumer. She was extremely difficult and rude to the point that other customers in the line had to step up and voice their opinions against her handling of the situation. All in all, this was an EXTREMELY negative experience and I will never return to this store.
