  Super friendly staff that are also very very knowledgeable, while they have a variety of new bikes and accessories for sale, the shop is keen on repairing rather outright replacing the broken bits of any bike you bring in, great for a student budget!

  Great bike, great service, great staff. Very friendly guys, super knowledgeable and attentive to the details. It's clear they love bikes and love setting people up with bikes. I bought my bike in the fall, and brought it in today get it checked for a quick spring tune-up. They told me a full tune-up wasn't needed and that they didn't want to take my money, pumped my tires, tightened a cable and I was off. I can't recommend their service enough.

  I've been to most bike shops in the city, and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience anywhere, but these guys seem to go above and beyond, and will be getting all my future business. They genuinely care and want to help you. Beyond the great bikes and service provided, their friendliness makes the shop just a nice place to be.

  Was there a couple weeks ago. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Just bought a chain and had it adjusted. Great folks to talk to while you wait. A+++.

  Really friendly and super helpful on our visit with our bikes to Halifax. Wouldn't mind betting they are best bike shop in town.
