  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Walked in there with my girlfriend to purchase a pair of sunglasses she wanted and none of the 4 employees acknowledged us even though the store was not busy at all. We waited for help for about 10 minutes but none of the employees even cared to say hi. We left the store extremely dissatisfied. A few weeks later, we went back to the store on Black Friday hoping to have a better experience and possibly some bargain on those sunglasses but it was even worse than the last time. 3 employees that we made eye contact with didn’t even say hi and completely ignored us. Again, the store was not busy at all. I got fed up so I went up to one of the employees and asked if we could get some help with the sunglasses. With very unpleasant face expression and voice tone, she said “What?”. When I repeated myself, she was giving us all kinds of attitude as if she did not want to serve our kinds. Hope this wasn’t an issue involving racism but I can’t say it wasn’t. Employees of Michael Kors seem to choose who to serve as their customers based on the appearance of the people walking into their store. Michael Kors will never earn my business.

  I began to hate Michael kors because of this store. They seriously know how to piss customers off with their awful attitudes. I would rather pay more for better service next door.

  I love Micheal Kors the brand it's self, but the store in Halifax not so much. I walked into that store with an a intention to buy a particula bag and they didn't have it that one but it was fine but I didn't get waited on until my mother stepped in the store! Because I'm a younger person they don't think I'm serious in purchasing a something from their store! They weren't helpful at all and the girl didn't even acknowledge my presence until my fifth "excuse me" to her! I'm a costumer prepared to pay and to be honest I find it quite rude!! And then there was a man who my mother got to help us but he didn't even try to help me find a purse similar to. It's Your job is to serve every custome that walks in and insure there experience is pleasant not just a select few!! So disrespectful! They lost a sale today.
