  I would say it might be advisable to avoid the smaller stones in any purchases, as I suspect that they might be shoddy imports, possibly from Asia.

  The larger crystal pieces seem OK, but the smaller ones are not secured into the jewellry piece securely, and drop out.

  I have been in the halifax ns location a few times and made purchases. Each time I am treated like I do not exist and am made to feel like a bother when I actually ask for help! And this has been with a couple different associates! ! Bad customer service! !! My earrings I bought tonight broke when I tried to get the wrap off them and when I called they have no others. No manager will be available for a couple of days and the associate there will not do an exchange for me! I guess I have to wait for the same manager that would not give me any help earlier and told me they did not have the earrings I drove 45 minutes to buy .. I moved onto another associate as I knew this was their usual classic case of "don't bother me!" ... and big surprise .. they had them out back !!!!! I'm very very unsatisfied with this stores customer service! !!!!!

  This surprised me as the overall image Swarovski seem to be cultivating seems to be a bit upscale, and the items initially seem a good alternative to diamonds regarding cost.

  Attitude from the staff,which explained the zero customers in the store other than me, in a packed mall. When I walked in all staff members where standing at the desk just staring out the door and my "help" was a mouthy teenager girl. Don't waste your time. November 12 2017.

  I purchased a set of ear rings and a necklace for my wife, and within 6 months the smaller stones were starting to go missing, while the larger central ones are still in place.

  I was in there a few months back and I too, was made to feel like I was bothering the clerk. The window display mentioned a sale and when I asked the clerk, she didn't seem to be aware and said it must've just been the ones in the window. I felt like she was just basically trying to get rid of me and losing a sale in the process.
