Had to make a formal complaint. The front desk lady is extremely unprofessional and judgemental.

She is always efficient, and has done whatever it has taken to assure us that our loved one is getting the best care possible.

tried phoning in, was greeted by a rude receptionist who I could barley understand then turned away, not impressed with this system whatsoever. They should be helping people not turning them away like that. Absolutely disgraceful.

Hearing that human on the other end would be reassuring for all.

I have POA and Alternate Decision maker status for my daughter, diagnosed with developmental delay, and PTSD, and Dissociation. In April 2017, I was told by the assessing psychiatrist that she would send a direction sheet to my daughter's family doctor on how to slowly remove all anti-psychotics, and mental health medications, that were a band-aid system of meds given at the emergency hospital visits - dissociation is typically not treated with anti-psychotics. However, after several attempts to have this medication direction sheet actually sent - never arrived! The directions were to arrive at the family doctor by May ... in is now September. No surprise to me though as I have two adopted daughters with mental health issues ... I think a great deal of mental health stigma generation lies within the medical profession itself - and the dysfunction of their network system.

However...I do believe that there should be someone to take all incoming calls during your working hours.
